Banana Caramel Trifle
Quick, easily reached and delicious - the kids will love assembling this sweet caramel banana trifle.

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 300ml thickened cream
- 60g butter chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 450g madeira cake
- 1 cup vanilla custard
- 4 bananas halved sliced athwart from corner to corner
- 2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
