Lamington Roulade


Everyones favourite easy Australian sponge cake, coated in chocolate and coconut and rolled into a roulade stuffed full of cream and jam.

The ingredient of Lamington Roulade

  • 1 4 cup desiccated coconut

  • 3 4 cup self raising flour sifted
  • 220ml thickened cream
  • 1 3 cup raspberry jam
