Slow Cooker Braised Pork Ribs
A braised ribs recipe using canned tomato soup (because thats what I had)
The ingredient of Slow Cooker Braised Pork Ribs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon field ginger
- 1 2 teaspoon black pepper
- nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 4 pounds pork ribs bone in not quite 6 or so
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 can abbreviated tomato soup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha optional
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 dash allspice
- 3 leaves lively sage thinly sliced
The Instruction of slow cooker braised pork ribs
- combine salt sugar and spices sprinkle on all sides of the pork
- slice onion thinly arrange in bottom of slow cooker
- brown pork on all sides over medium heat layer over onions in slow cooker
- combine remaining ingredients except sage until smooth pour over pork sprinkle sage over top
- cook on medium setting at least 4 hrs or until meat is fork tender falling off bone
