Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding


This family-favourite winter dessert can be made in the microwave or the regular oven.

The ingredient of Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding

  • melted butter for greasing
  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • 110g 1 2 cup caster sugar
  • 100g 2 3 cup self raising flour
  • 10g 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 1 2 tbsp hot water
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • icing sugar to dust
  • 310mls 1 1 4 cups boiling water
  • 100g 1 2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 20g 2 tbsp cocoa powder sifted
